Contacted Samsung support and they told me to contact AGS directly
In retrospect, I am never going to order from Samsung.com, the discount is not worth the hassle I have had to endure. My time and peace of mind is worth a lot more than a few hundred bucks I (supposedly) saved
This whole cancel/reorder & shipping logistics mess is somewhat comical on how inefficient this whole process is. It is almost as if Samsung is ran by the gov't. In the end, got a great tv at a good price.

I have just a couple more days left for my retuen window
I feel the price difference is very close , little over $120 for now during July 4 Sale with Costco for 65X90CK.. Added with extra warrenty and peace of mind.
I had a tough time connecting with customer care/support teams for the past few weeks.
Going further I dont know how worse it can be if any I face any issue during warranty period.
Unless there is a huge price difference, I see no point to deal with this kind of headach
Please suggest and share your thoughts on Sony X90K, 2022 model compared to Samsung QN90A. 2021 model.

I got the 85 QN90A to replace my 65B8 OLED, and overall it is a much better experience. If your seating position is more than 6 feet away from the TV, 85 is an entirely different league than 65. With prevalent modern LED technologies like FALD, mini-LED, micro-LED etc, as long as you have some kind of local dimming, the image WILL look relatively good on a TV, and the difference between good TVs and the best TVs is not that noticeable unless you put them side by side. Compared to image quality, the size difference between a 65 and an 85 is honestly the most immediately noticeable improvement. But if your seating position is within 6 feet of the TV, I'd suggest getting a 65. I tried sitting closer to my 85 and it was a bit overwhelming.
Regarding the X90CK, personally I don't think that price is very good. Yes you get the whole Costco package, but you likely won't get a great deal on current model years. For example, the same model from last year is a much better value: https://www.costco.com/sony-65%22-class---x90cj-series---4k-uhd-led-lcd-tv---allstate-3-year-protect... [costco.com]
If you are okay without HDMI 2.1, my recommendation for the 65inch size is the 65A1 OLED: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/lg-6...Variations You can even get cheaper ones by buying open box through Bestbuy. That's how I got mine a few years ago and I have had zero issues with the TV. I'm seeing ~$800 for an open box excellent 65A1, which is an unbeatable price for what it is. Oftentimes you can also talk to the manager of the store to get more discounts cuz they're trying hard to get rid of stock this time of the year. Even if you pay out of pocket for Geeksquad protection it is going to be much better than the X90CK
no dedicated source/input button and it's buried in the UI. wtf...

I really love the tv, minus it's smart ui. Excellent deal. Haven't used it more than 2 hours though. I'm in ND and it is summer. It will sit mostly unused till football kickoff this fall now.
I am looking for a other substitute for this remote.
Can any one suggest a suitable model number for a Normal IR remote for QLED tvs
I tried searching for one, but its more confusing on its compatability

Low profile and no tilt. Holds 265 lbs. I'm happy with it
My set had a defective panel. I opted for a repair, because I wasn't going to deal with having two sets at once charged to my account, as well as the fact that a replacement renders Samsung Care "fulfilled", and it was initially a nightmare. Appointments constantly being scheduled and cancelled and scheduled and cancelled, unhelpful "customer service", etc. But finally today, 16 days after receiving the TV, the techs came out and replaced the panel, and all is good now. Samsung uses a few different companies for repair, the one assigned to me was Service Quick. They had the set ripped apart and put back together in half an hour.
So, while you may have a hassle at first, eventually they'll fix your set.
P.S. The set is nice, but the UI is fussy and, honestly, I think I prefer the picture on my HiSense 65U9F.
