Not seeing any sort of extra discount in the cart, all the way through to final step and nada.
Edit: even though I was signed in, apparently my "Nordy Club" account wasn't connected to my login. In the account settings I had to link my phone number and then everything discounted properly.

Last time I ordered a few watches and they all came in thrown in a box without their own boxes. One of them had hands fallen off. And they said it was final sale and no returns ($70). Also, in past I have gotten items with scratches on it. Returns if allowed are $10 or drive yourself to a store with $4.50 a gallon and depending where you live, you're bound to spend more on gas for most people. Having said that, 70% of items I get from them are good but because of their return policy and carelessness in packing, just expect disappointment in some cases. I am not happy at times with them. When I inquired about no boxes, they told me call the company, the brand said call the store. For a subsidiary of a high end store, Nordstrom Rack needs improvement to increase sales especially on their return policies.

Thanks I looked at the items I purchased and see where it says whether the itams are final sale or not now. However, where do you see that you have to pay $10?

If you receive a broken item, you can send a photo to customer service. They've always given me a full refund. I don't buy glass items from them anymore because they almost always arrive broken. As for clothing and other items, they make you pay for shipping even if the item is defective or damaged.

I looked, there's no $10 fee for returns
If returning to a store no, but by mail, it says PREPAID LABEL. And they will charge or take $10 away from Return value.
