I'm trying to make a mocha flavored ice cream recipe for ninja creami. Would I use instant coffee or do you recommend espresso powder?

I wonder how close this is in taste to their in store coffee because I have to admit their coffee is much better tasting than the muddy water they serve a DD.

I don't buy coffee out at DD or at McDonalds storefronts, but I have purchased both DD and McDonalds coffee in the grocery store to make at home and DD coffee from the grocery store tastes disgusting and McDonalds is really good... wife keeps making me go back and buy it over and over whenever I ask her opinion on what kind of coffee we should get.

Only ever seen it Ground in stores.
I believe I read somewhere that in their restaurants it is shipped to the store ground already as well... they don't grind it on-site. So I guess it is more authentic if it doesn't come whole bean. Wink

I heard when Burger King bought Tim Hortons, they all started using Burger King's coffee supplier. McDonalds then contracted with Timmy's old coffee supplier.
