I was just looking through Amazon and saw that this model has a $60 off coupon (applied at checkout). This is the non-wifi model. I have the wifi model but, as many on here had said before, the wifi really isn't a big deal. I don't use the wifi.

Not the greatest price historically, but better than it is normally during this time of year when allergies are in season. Figured it couldn't hurt to inform the community.

My whole family has really bad allergies. I have 3 of these running and my home was noticably much better this allergy season than any other year (I've had Winix and others - this seems to work great though I've only had it one season)

YMMV on this deal - no clue if the coupon is universal or for select members.

I'd save your money and instead just get https://www.costco.com/cuckoo-air...09333.html.

At the end of the day they are all just a fan with a HEPA and carbon filter. Everything else is just gimmick. No reason to pay hundreds more.

How affordable are the filters for that one?

what is the diff between this 400 G version compares to the 400 S and non S versions (I purchased the "S" version couple months ago). Or the G stands for Graphite, the color of it?

I don't know if i would ever want to buy 8 or 9 of those and maintain them instead of a single larger unit for a space. The real advantage to getting larger units, especially the really nice ones like the coway is it can run at 50% and it doesn't bother anybody at all 3-5ft away from it where if I had 8 of those things running at 50% to filter the same amount of air i would be super annoyed and out of receptacles in the house. I would go so far as to say its a "no-brainer" for everyone familiar with air purifiers that you get the largest, quietest, highest quality one you can and just run it lower whenever that's acceptable

Guy with two 400's and a 300S, replacing 5 winix machines who couldn't be happier, who previously had a couple small ones that did nothing. The winix all developed a whine in the fan, the smaller ones just did nothing overall even sitting on the desk next to me. I cant hear these running, and they are doing a far better job according to the air things monitoring the air

That thing is tiny. It doesn't compare to an airmega 400. That thing probably sounds like a dying bird on high with that tiny fan. Also, it looks like it only has a small bit of carbon too. You cannot compare that to all the active carbon in the airmega. You buy $100 purifier, you get $100 worth of purifier, and you will surely understand that when trying to watch TV too. Guaranteed you will be turning that thing off during TV time, rendering it useless anyways, while the airmega will be whispering away on medium.
