If you'd rather have 1 good bag, the 15" Hart took bag at Walmart is like $15. Has lots of pockets and is way stronger. I was sad when HF ditched their bag as I wanted to get a third one. But last week I saw it pop up rebranded at WM. Different colors, but built the same.
Needed the 18" anyways. Bought the set. Thanks OP.

So I got a couple of these 2 packs. The 18" is big, I think I could put both of the 12" huskys brimming with tools inside it and zip it up. The 13" is much bigger than the Husky 12", I expected it to be about the same size but it's probably about 2" wider and 3" deeper. I was able to put everything from the brimming husky into the 13" Craftsman and was able to zip it up with room to spare.
The build quality between the Husky and the Craftsman are about the same, material thickness, etc. The Huskys have served me well for 5+ years, no complaints. The Husky has good useful outer pockets on both sides of the bag. The craftsman only has pockets on one side, but it has an extra layer of net pockets on top of the outer pockets. I was not able to fit all the stuff from the outside pockets of the Husky into the outside pockets of the Craftsman 13", but it was close and there was enough extra room inside the main pouch to put it inside, with lots of room to spare.
I am pleased with these bags. Would have liked outer pockets on both sides but it's probably going to be fine. The 13" would work great for drills (I think It would be able to hold 2 drills and their accessories. the 18" doesn't sound much bigger than the 13" but it is, I think I could fit a reciprocating saw, angle grinder, drill, and an impact driver and still have room for 20lbs of fasteners in boxes.
