In case anyone's averse to Amazon and Newegg like I am, I was able to get Best Buy to price match with free shipping! 😁

I have this. Linear switches feel wierd but good. Like the wrist wrest a lot.

It's linear, so no clicky. Quiet? It's quiet in mechanical keyboard's standard, but will be louder than membrane. Clicky is considered noisy.

Bought this for my wife and it's pretty great for the money. I have the razer blackwidow elite amd prefer the action on this evga for daily usage.

At that price, I might switch out my current COSAIR K68 keyboard for this due to having it since 2019, and I paid $45 for it as well: here.

I have this keyboard. Switches are a little sensitive (i.e. just resting a finger on the key will register as a press sometimes). Volume wheel is great, RGB is nice. Feels well constructed. Has a problem for me on both windows 10 and 11 where the keyboard will disconnect randomly for a second or two. Happens often enough to be annoying in online multiplayer games. Otherwise would recommend

Yeah the "speed switches" on this keyboard that actuate very early could be a benefit or a downside depending on what games you're playing and whether you like to rest you fingers on the keys. The good news is they're easily hot swappable for blacks, yellows, reds, aquas, etc and you can even mix and match if you want longer activation on the wasd keys you rest on etc.

As for the disconnects, are you running an AMD platform?

This is honestly a good kb. I got this as a gift for someone but now it's the work from home station keyboard. Compared to my main kb (whatever the speed silver Corsair one is called, K70?) it might not be quite as good but it still competes, has all the features I would want. I think the deal I bought it under was a little less than this but it's still a decent price. And it doesn't have that stupid nonstandard bottom row!

I bought this last time at this price. keyboard feels great, but I was coming from cherry mx silvers, which are also short actuation distance. if you haven't had short actuation switches before, you have to get used to not dragging your fingers when you type.
minor complaint. I run this through a usb kvm, and the keyboard doesn't work occasionally when switching between systems. I just unplug it and plug it back in, and it works. not very often, and it may just be my switch, but I didn't have that problem on the corsair k70 rapidfire with the same kvm.

Just bought one of these with silver, and a set of speed bronzes when they were on sale for $9.99 on EVGAs website.
I had to get a replacement keyboard because when swapping the switches one of the connectors on the board popped out.
So if you 'hot-swap' switches be VERY gentle and it'll be fine.

Love the speed bronzes, the silvers are nice but I like the tactile feel and click of the bronzes more.
