This one with a low profile heatsink, a thick heatsink one that could even bother video card on some PC motherboard, a "Premium" for PS5 and probably more rebadges.
I have the PS5 one, though I use it for a PC, it came with a "credit card thick" heatsink which looks just like the OP (black color to white, replace XPG with ADATA).
I'd rather describe it as a heat spreader.
The one on my box said which is same as OP:
Sequential read:
Up to 7400MB/s (PC/laptop)
Up to 6100MB/s (PS5)
Sequential write:
UP to 6800MB/s (PC/Laptop)

Adata (along with Kingston and PNY) have been known to switch to inferior components once they get favorable reviews on their initial batches. Linus Tech Tips even made a video about their bait and switch tactics:

In the case of PCIe 4.0 SSDs that are on the market right now you are going to want at least some sort of heatsink. My HP FX900 reaches 72c with the stock heatsink (very cheap and thin) and 52c with a $10 heatsink with some heft to it. There are more expensive heatsinks on the market but are likely overkill for anything out right now unless you have a very high ambient temp.
Do note that a PCIe 4.0 drive will not perform better than a PCIe 3.0 drive in day-to-day tasks or gaming. Even a SATA SSD is within a fraction of a second loading time wise to a PCIe 4.0 SSD. Games mainly benefit from latency and random read performance which unfortunately has not been increasing nearly as fast as sequential reads and writes. The same will apply to PCIe 5.0 drives when they launch as well. Early specs indicate that the bulk of the improvements is once again to the sequential speeds.
