Guys, if you do not see anything, my suggestion is to call T-Mobile and ask if you are eligible for offer P038.

Activated my old iPhone 4 on my account but no upgrade promo pops up anywhere. Where should I see the offer?

Tried going through the "Upgrade device" link but no $400 offer, just the $100 offer for trading the iPhone 4.

I guess I can try T-Force but seems like that is hit and miss.

Where do you see the offer? In the link or under your account?

I'm in the same boat. Did your 5c shown up on your line as the device after you inserted the sim, and made a few calls and texts with it?

So i chatted with tforce and they got the promo added to an extra line i had and i didnt need an active 3G phone on it. Gave them the IMEI of an old 4S and they said it was completely eligible. I kinda am worried once they get the phone they will say no since it wasnt active on the line. Also, it might be a sprint one from years ago. Thoughts?
Exactly, I'm same situation as you..

Yeah I made sure the phones were showing on the account lines before reaching out.

Same here, but with 5S. I don't like dealing with T-force or any CSR for that matter, prefer to do it online in a straightforward fashion. I'm still on Simple Choice and the last thing I want is them screwing up my account (like switching me to Magenta Max); I heard enough horror stories here and on Reddit of CSR screwing people's plans when trying to get them a phone deal or a free line.

T-mobile's trade-in with bill credits is a crap-shoot at best. It has never worked out for me I have had problems every single time. To the point I won't even attempt it anymore.

you did it online yourself or through phone/chat support? I have done at least 20 trade-in deals online and not a single issue.
