- Purchase a new T-Mobile 64GB Apple iPhone SE 3rd Gen 5G Smartphone on a monthly payment plan
- Sales tax on the pre-credit price will be due at checkout today.
- Trade-in your eligible 3G device (that is currently in use on your eligible line) in good condition:
- Devices eligible for $430 in Trade-In Credit (applied over 24 months):

- You will receive a one-time bill credit based on the trade-in value of your 3G device + get the remaining balance to reach $430 total as a bill credit.

That's robbing T-Mobile... Not imprisonment.
edit: Forgot to add: Got most of my iPhones and Android for literally free over the years....If this is imprisonment, I am glad to live in an imprisonment heaven...
I have 10 lines (five voice lines with t-zone unlimited data and five data lines) for barely near $80 per month...you are staying in the jail too long for happy 😁 you got robbed, happy jail time!

1) Provide the specific offer P038.
2) Document everything whether it's recording phone call or Chat/text/T-Force so you have audio or text record of your conversation with T-Mobile.
Worse case? You can hold off using the phone for a while and return everything later if you get denied.
