Wasn't using an eligible phone on any of my lines so didn't get the promo in the account. I first tried this deal on Sunday, popped a sim into a 5S and called. Got TMO in the US, told me were that the promo only applied if they marked the account for it when the promo started and they subsequently sent out the promo to your account. Also told me that the 5S didn't come up under the desired line when they looked up the IMEI, still was showing the phone I used before.
Left the SIM in for a day and checked to see if maybe it'd pop up online or in the app but no dice. Used the app to chat with a rep and this time they ran the deal through no problem. I confirmed with them multiple times that it was P038, got the rep ID and screenshotted so hopefully that was enough if it doesn't end up showing. Do wish I asked them to add a note in the account for extra measure, but oh well. Going to wait a day and then contact them if it still doesn't show.
Do I need to use the APP to see that? and if so, where?

Then there are customers like myself that have to call in to order to get a "backdoor approval" from a clueless rep to score even one iPhone on this promo.
And then after calling, we still must chat later with T-Force to get the promo to eventually post correctly on our accounts.
Now it looks like you may need to contact T-Force as well to see the credits post correctly on your account, which is unusual.
Nothing feels normal about this promo. T-Mobile is so jacked up and lost on this one that whoever designed and implemented this promo should probably be fired.
Not sure what the official limit is per account for those that can do this promo online repeatedly, but I would max it out to the limit since it's basically being given $430 a pop toward a new iPhone of choice.
