Guys, if you do not see anything, my suggestion is to call T-Mobile and ask if you are eligible for offer P038.

I hope you don't mind me asking. Did you receive the targeted email before June 9th because you had an eligible device activated or after? I'm wondering if I would be getting the targeted email if I activated my device after.
Received targeted mail on June 11.

I got an order number and estimated shipping date fine. I check it daily. It just says "delayed" and never ships.

I chatted support and they claim its fine.
Well, my order shipped today (SE3). Maybe your ordered phone on back order?

I see this in my account activity but P1 has not showed up yet in my account. It was supposed to be within 72 hours and still few hours left for that for me.
Please update here if your status changes or anything but I see the same thing as yours.
Alright, the final update:
I got the promotion added finally and and now shows up fine under my line. What a nightmare it was.

Basically this is a targeted offer but like everyone here I tried thru chat and confirmed with them I am also eligible and then ordered but all the chat reps were wrong and I shouldn't have gotten the deal but it was their mistake so they had to add the promotion manually. Basically TMobile made sure that I got the promo even though I was not one of the targeted. Although I had to get in touch with them at least 10 times. Maybe more. And everyone of them siad I am eligible for we will fix it but first 8 didn't do anything and promotion didn't apply until I reached out yesterday.

All of you who went thru this route please make sure you save chat history. Technically they should also have the chat saved in their side but I was surprised when one of the rep said that "it seems like you are chatting first time from this number" lol. And they couldn't see any chat history but since I had everything saved I was able to provide all the proof necessary for them to see and confirm although like I said this was a nightmare of an experience

SE3 black 64. If everybody else is still getting theirs, that means i DO have a problem and they don't want to admit it.

I still see the offer on my acct.
Nice. Keep doing the deal on every line. At least I would. LOL.

It's baffling to me that some customers like yourself who did the deal 3 times still see the offer while those like myself never saw it even once. Not complaining, as I am glad I was able to do the deal even once via call-in. However I would have loved to max out to the limit but was never targeted.

So you did the deal 1 time?

I just did the deal. I received an email about one of my lines because it still has a flip phone being used by my grandmother. I just upgraded one of the lines to a 13 128gb.

I'm debating if I should do more lines on my account. I have 10 lines…3 have eips from the iPhone 12 deal and 1 has todays $430 eip deal.

So I guess I have 6 lines eligible to do the $430 deal. Most of my lines have the 13 from the Best Buy iPhone 12 to 13 upgrade deal.

I'm debating of doing some of the others

Yeah, I did the deal only once. Since I was not targeted, T-Force told me they would allow it as a one-time courtesy.

If I had the option like you to do it multiple times, I would max it out, whatever that number is. It's not often you get $430 a pop toward a new iPhone for the price of trading in a $20 3g iPhone.

I agree. Especially since rarely any promos direct from T-Mobile came about this year.

Such as the Mother's Day promo for the iPhone 12 last year.

And, it seems like the iPhone 14 will be $100 higher this year.

Do you see it under EIP or 'Account activity'?
I see 'Promotion Drop-out' under 'Account Activity' but it's not added back. It's more than 3 days.

Took a chance and traded-in 4 phones (1 x iPhone 5s,3 x iPhone 4S) on 4 lines using P038 promo via chat Friday night. All 4 orders shipped Sunday.

Shows as P7 online. Will be contacting T-Force with chat screenshots Monday.

Has anyone done a pick up in store? I have done 2 separate orders to be shipped and the extra fees were waived.

Wondering if they would charge if I decide to make another order and pick up in store.
