Guys, if you do not see anything, my suggestion is to call T-Mobile and ask if you are eligible for offer P038.

You can return to T-mobile and let them know you want a larger iPhone. I personally went with the iPhone 13 Pro Max and just paid the difference after the $430 credit.

I don't think they will simply swap it out. You will probably have to pay a 'restock' fee.
It is all up to those workers.
Some won't even do it since it's an iPhone.

And I wouldn't even think about selling it locally. The resale value on the SE's are not great.

Phone showed enrolled in the $100 credit instead of the full $430. Showed a screenshot of my chat where the agent promised I qualified for the full $430 and T-Force (via Twitter) just gave a $330 statement credit to match the $430.

For anybody confused about the timeline like I was:

I was not P1 targeted. I bought online myself after making them confirm in app chat that I will get P1.

During checkout, only the $100 P7 credit was automatically offered, but it changed to $0. Purchase docs said $0. Confirmation text said $0. After purchase, no credits or promos are visible in my account on TMob website.

My mailed trade-in took 2 weeks in shipping. After a 3rd week they texted again that I was getting $0 for trade-in.

My regular statement arrived with no credits and no promos listed, but did bill for a payment towards the new phone.

After a 4th week they texted I was getting $100 credit for P7 trade-in. P7 also NOW shows up under my line info on TMob website.

I app-chatted with support on getting P7 fixed to P1, and they gave me the ineligible answer, despite my screenshots. I pushed it and a supervisor ended up giving me the $330 credit, that showed up within 30 minutes.

For those waiting or already switch from P7 to 2022 UMTS Apple Upgrade P1 by T Force

Is it normal to receive the below before switching over?

Hi! The monthly bill credit for 2022 Apple Trade P7 on T-Mobile line 209XXXXXXX has ended because the promo ended or your eligibility status changed. Learn more: http://t-mo.co/mypromo2
and
Under Account > Account Activity: Promotion Drop-out 209XXXXXXX is no longer eligible for 2022 Apple Trade P7 due to a trade-in device issue . Monthly credits will no longer apply for APL IPHONE SE3 64G WHT KIT / XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX . See promotion terms and eligibility rules at http://www.t-mobile.com/PromotionalOffers
I see this in my account activity but P1 has not showed up yet in my account. It was supposed to be within 72 hours and still few hours left for that for me.
Please update here if your status changes or anything but I see the same thing as yours.

I ordered on 1 July (see Post #709) and received an EIP but no phone shipment notice. I called T-Mobile 611 yesterday and the rep determined there was no order number associated with it.. She suggested I re-order in a different browser (or clear the cache).

I was able to re-order yesterday for the same phone number and trade-in phone (using Edge instead of Google) and received an order number (funny thing is the EIP was the same number as the one before). So check to see if you received an order number (as well as a estimated shipping date).

BTW I received the targeted email, and this offer still appears to be valid. I also still see the offer in my account listings (even for the phones that I have upgraded and traded-in).

You can upgrade all available lines if you get the targeted email. I would not upgrade on the same line twice though as the later one will cause the first upgrade to drop.

I hope you don't mind me asking. Did you receive the targeted email before June 9th because you had an eligible device activated or after? I'm wondering if I would be getting the targeted email if I activated my device after.

That doesn't mean you got the promo. It's what would happen either way - $0 trade value and $100 (or $430) promo value. Your trade value will always say $0 on the old phones since they're not worth anything on their own.

Once your order gets ready to ship I would check the EIP. It'll show if any promo is attached. My guess is you'll see the $100 over 24 months.
I got the promo alright

I got an order number and estimated shipping date fine. I check it daily. It just says "delayed" and never ships.

I chatted support and they claim its fine.
