I've read it's possible to have multiple bill credits on the same line but that's after paying off the entire phone.
called yesterday after plugging in my iPhone 5 and sim. I called a rep (in the us) and she had to research the promotion, but took the imei and said I was eligible, even though it wasn't showing online when ordering. She assured me the promotion would apply within one or two pay cycles. I proceeded and received the docusign for the equipment agreement. The docusign didn't reflect anything about the promotion, and I again mentioned this concern to the rep, and assured me again it would take effect after two bill cycles. I proceeded and checked online today and not surprisingly, no promotion is tied to the new phone order, and it states I'll pay the full price per month. Reached out to t force on twitter and they stated I'm not eligible for the promotion and gave me the option to cancel the order, or pay full price. I decided to call in again and an overseas rep answers. She looks at my order and didn't see anything on the account about the promotion. She then asked me about it and I provided her with the promotion offer and she locates it. I then receive the same information from this rep as the one I spoke to yesterday, stating the promotion will be applied in one or two bill cycles.
So here I am debating if I should risk one or two bill cycles, which will be past the phones return window, or if I should just return the phone when I receive it…
anyone have any luck getting promotions applied after two bill cycles?

Also, I think some here are being overly dramatic and exaggerating the time and work involved to do the deal. Some SDers posting about how difficult, stressful, and time consuming the deal is have not even done the deal. LOL.
There are hoops to jump through, as there are with most any deal. But if you're following the proper steps and using T-Force to switch the promo, it is not stressful or time consuming at all. Basically submit the request and sit back until they manually change promo, or in some cases, provide a lump sum credit.
Is it normal to receive the below before switching over?

Call again and ask them to waive your upgrade fee. Last time I talked to a rep he said they are supposed to waive the fee for you if a rep helps you order.
