Overall, I love Monoprice but it's hard to tell if this is any good. Other small speakers like the JBL Flip 6 and Sony XB23 claim 9-12 hours of battery life.... However those numbers are jenky, and usually test at half the nominal range. Monoprice is claiming 6 hours of battery here, but are they claiming more realistic numbers, or are you going to see 3 hours in the real world?
They also have a super confusing speaker lineup. According to their comparison tool, the Harmony Note 200 has the same speaker setup, same IP rating, same battery size, same power output, but somehow has 4 more hours of payback time.
This speaker is showing 49.99 whats this a one hour sale? Also the 200 model has a 3rd speaker and pushes 10 more watts. Reviews for this speaker is meh from what I've seen.
Deal is back on as of a couple days ago, got one with free 2 day shipping to CA. Can't believe this little thing gets so loud — fills up a 20x20 room at 75% volume or a little less. Really nice and easy to pop in a water bottle holder on a bike for on the go tunes. Thanks OP for the nice deal.
