Hart is made by the same company that makes Ryobi. I'd say Hart is equivalent to the lower end Ryobi tools and meant to compete with Black and Decker. Many of the Hart power and lawn tools look very similar to the Ryobi versions, just a different color and battery style.
Great deal for homeowner grade tools, don't let the naysayers who will soon flood in about team black and yellow or white and red, for the average person hart does the job just fine. If you want to be a brand snob and hang with the real pros just skip over dewalt or milwaukee and head straight to hilti, snapon, or festool they have some $800 drills they would love to sell you.
Yea wrong tool. You're looking for an impact wrench. This is an impact driver. They work under the same premise but the driver has about 1/4 to 1/8th the impact power.

Good deal. I got this the other day and hung a bunch of blinds. Worked great. I dont need it for much, so this will be perfect for me. I saw this at my local Walmart for $160. I'll gladly spend $80 on this.

I got the Ryobi 2 batteries and reciprocating saw and tool (2 separate deals) for about 110$. I like this has impact drill. Is it worth returning Ryobi and keeping this? Or ecosystem wise Ryobi is a better investment?

Ryobi is far better if you plan to buy more tools in the future

Ryobi has more variety than any other brand from what I can see. I don't get the hate for B&D either. I have used the crap out of mine between the drill, blower ("sweeper") and weed eater for years. The weed eater and blower are probably pushing 8-10 years by now. In that time I have burned up 1 battery and 1 drill. B&D replaced the battery no questions asked. The drill went built 2 wood fences, a 10x12 shed, a 16x24 deck (then dismantled the deck) plus hundreds of misc tasks before the motor finally smoked. I have a Dewalt drill now and it's fine but they skimp on consumer friendly stuff like a belt hook and bit holder because they can charge you more for accessories. The cheaper brands tend to be more user friendly in that regard.

These tools are all largely the same these days except the more expensive ones just have bigger motors (and maybe better gearing). It's the same batteries. I often prefer my B&D one because it's smaller, lighter, and the battery lasts longer because unless I'm driving lag screws it's often overkill and runs the battery down faster.

I will concede on B&D 20V stick vacuum they sent me as a free demo. It was hot garbage. Anything heavier than dust or hair would bounce around in the brush chamber before rocketing back out across the floor. The only good thing about it was I got another battery. I put and old battery in it and gave it away.
