It was working when I posted. Looks like it's down again. I have the rebate page up on my chromebook now, but I tried in a new window and it's showing up with the not found page.

When I was reading through the rules of the promo, it looked like they had 11,000 offers.
Who do they use to deliver the panels?

On Nov 1, I was finally able to place the order. The panels were delivered by XPO, which is the company that delivered the fridge. They shipped the suction cup via UPS. The panels were delayed a day due to Hurricane Nicole, but it's finally all resolved. Silly that they don't ship the extra panels directly to you.
When my order was successful, I didn't check the stock on Encompass to confirm that was the case. I was totally surprised it even went through.
Edit: Forgot to add. Samsung was useless over the phone. they tried to order for me, sent me a cart to check out and the error about inventory still came up. then they told me to just order different color panels. I told them no. They didn't have a fix for anything. I used different browsers, devices, etc.
They were originally scheduled for a Sept 15 delivery. Samsung sent me weekly emails assuring me that my 'order is still on time'.
Then on Sept 17, they sent me an email telling me that my order will be delayed for more than 60 days and that I had to take action to ensure that the order was not cancelled.
The order is now scheduled to be delivered on Nov 22. Samsung has still been sending me emails saying that my 'order is on time'. Yet, the status has not updated on their site, so I'm not holding my breath that I'll receive this within the next 3 business days.
Not really sure what to do about this. Samsung chat and phone customer services have hour+ wait times and they just tell you that it's not their department and that you need to chat/call a different, 'order department', customer service.
The format I see for their new order is 10 characters long (#=number and L=letter): ##LLLLL##L
