Have a bad feeling about this. They mention in the long PDF about a limit. I bought this with the understanding I'd get the offer, but couldn't apply until there was a serial #.

they are still advertising it on the Bespoke page for the refrigerators. I bought the fridge based on the free panel offer. My submission is approved, I completed it last night. No code yet.

When I was reading through the rules of the promo, it looked like they had 11,000 offers.

My refrigerator was delivered on 9/10. Submitted the rebate on 9/11. Got my code for the free panels today, 9/13.

Who do they use to deliver the panels?

So I've been trying to order the panels through the Samsung website. The code is accepted, the panels show they are in stock for the colors I selected. When I try to check out, I get an error.

We are unable to confirm inventory availability at this time.

Chat was no helpful in getting it addressed. I have to call Samsung to figure out how to fix this.

Are you having the same issue? When I was going through the ordering issues, I got the part numbers for the panels and checked the inventory on this site to see. It might be where they are shipping the panels from. Even though the panels showed in stock on the Samsung website Encompass showed stuff was OOS.

On Nov 1, I was finally able to place the order. The panels were delivered by XPO, which is the company that delivered the fridge. They shipped the suction cup via UPS. The panels were delayed a day due to Hurricane Nicole, but it's finally all resolved. Silly that they don't ship the extra panels directly to you.

When my order was successful, I didn't check the stock on Encompass to confirm that was the case. I was totally surprised it even went through.

Edit: Forgot to add. Samsung was useless over the phone. they tried to order for me, sent me a cart to check out and the error about inventory still came up. then they told me to just order different color panels. I told them no. They didn't have a fix for anything. I used different browsers, devices, etc.

I ordered my panels in July and I am still waiting for them to arrive.

They were originally scheduled for a Sept 15 delivery. Samsung sent me weekly emails assuring me that my 'order is still on time'.

Then on Sept 17, they sent me an email telling me that my order will be delayed for more than 60 days and that I had to take action to ensure that the order was not cancelled.

The order is now scheduled to be delivered on Nov 22. Samsung has still been sending me emails saying that my 'order is on time'. Yet, the status has not updated on their site, so I'm not holding my breath that I'll receive this within the next 3 business days.

Not really sure what to do about this. Samsung chat and phone customer services have hour+ wait times and they just tell you that it's not their department and that you need to chat/call a different, 'order department', customer service.

Anyone here who has gotten their code - can you tell me the format of the code you received? My fridge showed up without panels so support ordered the panels but I'm seeing a Promo Code attached and I'm concerned they may have used my free panel promo code.

The format I see for their new order is 10 characters long (#=number and L=letter): ##LLLLL##L
