I bought a fridge, got the code and can't redeem it because Samsung doesn't provide home delivery in my area. They will sell the refrigeratorsMad in our area with the promotion, but they won't honor it. Very pathetic. Mad

This deal has been running since the spring. As an FYI, my bespoke refrigerator was delivered in June. I submitted my rebate for the free panels in July, and they were finally delivered last week. Expect a lonnnnggg process to get them.

Samsung sends a separate email after it is approved. I think that it took over a month (might have been longer) to get the email with the redemption code to actually order the panels. It then took me about two weeks of trying to place the order for the panels on the Samsung website and app. It would give me an estimated delivery date with my zip code and let me add them to my cart, but then would give me an error message when I tried to check out, saying they were not available. After a couple of weeks of trying, it suddenly let the order go through one day randomly. Calling Samsung customer support was no help.

Got my code yesterday. Submitted day of delivery and code received in 7 business day via email. hope that helps

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT order this fridge or any samsung products! I purchased the bespoke 3 door flex fridge in october. A few days after delivery I noticed the jug was leaking and there was a missing shelf. I have had an open ticket since THEN for replacement parts which I keep calling in for and they keep telling me the parts are on backorder. Now the middle fridge flap won't close properly and so the cold air leaks out sometimes unless you flip it manually everytime you close the left fridge door and their solution was to WAIT for the other ticket to close with no ship date for the parts in sight because they can only open one ticket at a time!!
