Samsung sends a separate email after it is approved. I think that it took over a month (might have been longer) to get the email with the redemption code to actually order the panels. It then took me about two weeks of trying to place the order for the panels on the Samsung website and app. It would give me an estimated delivery date with my zip code and let me add them to my cart, but then would give me an error message when I tried to check out, saying they were not available. After a couple of weeks of trying, it suddenly let the order go through one day randomly. Calling Samsung customer support was no help.
