Got this last time and I've been really pleased with it. My first Chromebook. It runs all of the Android apps I need and is surprisingly snappy, much better than I expected from the comments here.

Not good, going by Passmark.

Maybe it has better integrated graphics but it's still going to be shrug-worthy.

I've had this exact Chromebook with 32gb for 2 years along with a backup from the $35.00 Walmart clearance. For some reason I just picked up my Bestbuy order from last week. You know what they say, you can never have too many ChromebooksSmilie

What do you use your Chromebooks for besides internet browsing? I want one but I don't really know what else they're good for

Chromebook can do most, if not all, of what a windows system will. I replaced my home pc's with chromeboxes and really couldn't be happier. I have built websites, e-commerce stores, run spreadsheets, word docs and more. But if you have a heavy windows based ecosystem or windows only programs then it may be a tough switch

I switched to Chromebooks back in 2013 and never looked back. I use them for work and play. I still keep a Windows laptop around but only need to use it a few times a year. One of the companies I work for still requires a program to be loaded up. This $80.00 Lenovo is a perfect way to get your feet wet in the Chromebook world. You will be surprised how often you reach for this Chromebook instead of your Windows laptop. The screen is definitely a weak point but is a big reason why you can still get these for under $100.00. The N4020 is nice and snappy with Chrome and all Chromebooks have the Google Playstore these days.

I'm new to Chromebooks. One of the things I would like this for is to connect to my 4K TV and stream or do Zoom conferences, which I currently do with one of my laptops. I don't see an HDMI port listed on the specs. Would I need an adapter to connect to my TV?

Would this work with office?like if I wanted to make or look at a word doc or an excel spreadsheet? Light internet. I want one I can take to hospital and can watch shows, but don't expect it to be super good quality. Now I use phone or kindle.

Thanks

You can use the online version of office as long as you have an internet connection.

I bought this last time. It's a decent little laptop that works well, but the display is very much on the level of a 2009 Netbook. I couldn't stand it and returned it just for the display.

I too switched a while back from Windows to Chromebooks. I love them. I kept one Windows laptop, just in case, but I haven't taken it out of the drawer in over a year.

Or you can Chromecast it.
