These crooks charged me for all 3 ($47.47) even though I absolutely cancelled before the date. I've filed for a chargeback and waiting for my CC company. Best Buy support are liars & thieves.
I swear to God BB has become the next newegg & TigerDirect. Never again.
Yea BB reduced their memberships starting with games and the elite status. I think I'm done with him with the exception of the occasional steelbook

However, I will say the app is really lacking in features when compared to Spotify. Their music curation is the worst thing I've ever experienced. It initially asked me to like some artists so I did so from various genres. It somehow decided that it was only ever going to suggest a handful of them and pretend like all of the others didn't exist.
Then it decided that because I like some Latin artists like Selena and Shakira, that I must also like Reggaeton and proceeded to make a playlist specifically for that genre... without EVER liking a single Reggaeton artist! It also constantly pushed new hip hop and R&B even though I have almost no interest in new music from those genres.
And lastly, for the artists I did like, it would only ever suggest the same handful of songs from them. To the point that it refused to curate some of their bigger hits because it seemed to think I only liked certain specific songs of theirs.
The only thing it has going is the Master audio quality for a large portion of the library. But they really need to step their game up if they want to compete with Spotify.

Not sure about your situation because I have never buy thru BB but I have used these type of deal 2 times with no issue. First of All they charge the discounted price right away at the start, so mine was like $3 for three months and you see it on your charges statement and the tidal account shows your current subscription end date. Secondly, why don't you say anything after the first month of that three months and let them charge you the full price for three months straight? Don't you at least take a look at your monthly credit statement?
They charge you the day before your trial expires at 5 PM CST. I talked to a supervisor and they lied to me saying the charge is just a hold and I am only getting charged 3 cents which is an outright lie because the charge posted.
