Mine was working fine with oneplus 9 for 8-10 days. Suddenly noticed no data today so went to apn setting and updated it (new phone. Hadn't updated apn before). Rebooted the phone and it is not even showing Sim card now lol.

Came to Metro to try to port in Boost to Metro.
Metro attempted to activate but Boost declined.
Metro and I called Boost several times, but when they knew that I tried to port out Boost number, they disconnected the conversation.
Metro refunded my money but activation fee (20) was not refunded.
Wasted my time and 20$.
Boost is scam. Most people were cheated.

activated, put in sim, called cs, chatted with cs and they couldn't get phone to activate.
i just said frack and refund my money.

I cannot recommend staying away from Boost Mobile enough. You can order online, but to cancel, you have to call and talk to someone. In this day and age, that's absolutely unacceptable. Time wasted because they can't automate something this simple. They use AT&T towers, and I got suckered in by the cheap price, hoping to get better reception only to find out afterwards that they use AT&T towers.
If I'm going to use AT&T towers, I'd rather use RedPocket.

to the robot. Worked fine.

Note: "Cancel autopay" does not work.

They sent me 2 different sims to try it out. I never got it to work. I tried different settings from here and from their website. It is still didn't work. I quit. I told them to close the account. One customer service could not get to work. She hung up the phone. The other one told me the sim they sent me is not compatible with the network. He told me to take the phone to the store, I told him I didn't time. It already wasted over half a month. No service. I told him to cancel it. It is worse than Visible.

This time nothing worked, I had to speak with someone. Not too bad though, 2 mins it all took

How is this company able to legally operate? CS flat out plays dumb (I had to confirm my email address) about TEN MINUTES with the agent. Made a fool of myself. CS will also hang up the phone on you. Happened 3 times in a row. Spend about 45 mins back and forth to cancel

So I have this ZTE ZMAX 2 that I got from BB from a deal that was posted here in 2016, it was an ATT prepaid phone but was easy to unlock.

So I got my 2 sims from boost today. I ordered the 2nd one form the order confirmation screen of the first one when it said if you are interested in another one.

One SIM was already activated and I could see the line number in the account on the website. The second wasnt activated and the rep couldnt activate it either and asked me to go to the store. So I said just cancel that and give me my $2 back.

I checked a few hours later and saw the phone numbers for the second line as well, I dont know how that happened so I called them again and said dont cancel it. During this whole thing, the autopay got removed, so that was good.

My ZTE gets data and shows cell signal and I can browse and send texts but when I try to call someone it says calling and then just disconnects the call right away. Anyone know what might be happening here? I added all the APN settings as per the instructions on their site.

The other thing that bothers me is that nothing happens when I try to delete the saved credit card on boost's website. I click on that thing and it does nothing.

And if I got the transfer PIN's, is that sufficient to port these numbers? Or will they still give me hassle? thanks for any inputs
