Deal HistoryÂ
Deal History includes data from multiple reputable stores, such as Best Buy, Target, and Walmart. The lowest price among stores for a given day is selected as the "Sale Price".
Sale Price does not include sale prices at Amazon unless a deal was posted by a community member.
It's a good price - Board game oracle shows Gamenerdz has it for roughly the same price although Amazon gets the benefit of shipping. Everywhere else is roughly 10 dollars more.
And its Ares Expedition and it's a standalone game, not an expansion. Completely different games. Both are good games.
An excellent game at an excellent price. Very fun as a single-player as well.
1.) Card stock is on the thin side.
2.) Storage Solution is greatly needed. I recommend EzyStorage https://www.hobbylobby.com/Crafts...p/80933297 for all the bits and pieces as you can pass the containers around the table. Project Cards stay in the box.
3. TM: Prelude really helps move along the initial phase of the game. (draw 2 pick one at the same time as picking corporations and before picking initial project cards. Single-player game over is adjusted to end of round 12) You don't really need the cards outside of the initial setup so you can just refer to the list online. https://ssimeonoff.github.io/cards-list . Still really fun to have the actual cards, just tends to be out of stock all the time. Took me about 1.5 years before I found it in stock).
I've been torn between this original version or the Ares Expedition. Some people say Ares Expedition is a faster version and more fun, but I'm still tempted by the original. Can anyone weigh in?
One of my all-time favorites. Not simple, not short. But when you play through a round or two, it all starts to make sense and flow very nicely. I want to replay again and again.

My wife buys into Ares Expedition WAY more than OG. So that's the one for me. Faster and simpler with the same basic concept.
