6. How does it work?
Insert your Boost SIM card, and start your service by activating your plan. You will need to set up your Boost Mobile account and port in your number. It's quick and easy! You will visit https://my.boostmobile.com/welcome and log in using the one time password you will have received in an email from Boost Mobile.


7. Can I bring in my current number to Boost?
When you activate, we will need your current carrier's account number and port PIN to determine if your number is eligible to transfer.


8. Where can I find my current carrier's account number and port PIN?
You can find the account number by calling your current carrier or looking at your bill, typically towards the top. The port PIN is usually determined during activation. If you're unsure of your PIN, call your current carrier.


9. What do I need to do to start using my A13 when I receive it in the mail?
A SIM card will be included that you will need to manually insert into the phone using the SIM ejector tool in the packaging.

Once you have inserted the SIM into your new device, you will need to activate your device.

12. What happens after my 1-month is up?
To ensure uninterrupted service, autopay is enabled at checkout. This means your data plan will automatically renew after your first month. You can also manually add funds to your Boost Mobile account with a valid payment method at any time via your account page.


13. How do I turn off autopay?
You can easily update your payment settings by logging into your account. After you log in, click on the 'Re-Boost' or 'Add Money' tab and select the link at the bottom of the page to set up automatic payments. There you will be able to update your current AutoPay settings or check the box to unenroll from AutoPay.



14. What can I do if I am having trouble with my address or credit card payment at checkout?
Address:
- Address cannot be a PO Box
- Select your address from dropdown
- Make sure there is only one comma between the city and the state
- House number street city, state zipcode
Credit card:
- Make sure your billing and shipping address are the same
