It's a mixed bag:
Some stuff is great and in like-new condition
Others are defective, missing pieces or just the wrong size.
- Bought two laptops. One is in mint condition, the other has a broken touchpad.
- Bought 4 pairs of bicycling shoes. Two are just fine, one is the wrong size and the other is an older model than displayed.
- Bought flashlight, kids toy, drill bits, webcam, wireless chargers and vacuum filters and they all are in great condition.
I'm very glad Amazon has a great return policy.was picked up.
As to my warehouse deal scores, it looks like I won all of my gambles. Everything came in as good or better condition than the listings. Most things were either new and sealed or new, but opened and resealed, with a couple being repackaged.
I find that the key to getting new and unused and COMPLETE stuff is to pay the extra dollar or two (usually) for items listed as in the original packaging (even if it's damaged.) They're more likely to include everything. Although, now that I wrote that, I realized that the video card didn't come with the quick start guide or the warranty registration card, but I can download those. But it looked brand new and perfect (although the seal on the bag was broken), despite being listed as used - good.
