Those are "best by dates" not expiration dates. They are more like suggestions than a hard throw away.

Just something to be aware of, sometimes these are near the expiration date. Ive seen reviews that mention also, so I guess it's a widespread warehouse thing. (Maybe it's like unintentional FILO/first in last out?)

Doesn't really matter to me, they usually seem fine. Salty chips so not too worried about spoiling...

I can't tell much/any difference, but I'm not picky. They are essentially "dried out" so they aren't affected as much as other products, texture stays the same for a long time.
