Just a heads up - I believe this is for the 2nd Gen floodlight, which only works with the Google Home app and will not work with the Nest app.
It's a shame Google is forcing us to use the Google Home app instead of the Nest app, which is cleaner and superior from a camera management perspective.

Would this be a good replacement for the nest outdoor IQ?
The lights on the floodlight are gonna offer a lot of light TBH. So much so my neighbor across the street complained about the light at night.
I would replace it if it was me and utilize the camera elsewhere perhaps
There is no comparison. The nest cameras are the best but you pay for it. It requires a fairly expensive subscription. I have the eufy. They are crap, but free.
How does this one compare to the Eufy floodlight posted yesterday ?
As far as being free and ease to use.
IMO, it's Nest and Arlo and then everyone else. Ring, Eufy, Blink and the others all do things well, but Nest and Arlo seem to be consistently good but consistently more expensive.
Is there a way to stream these on a tablet 24/7? Can you do a grid view if you have multiple?
You should be able to run the Google Home app on the tablet and set it in landscape mode when viewing your cameras. All the cameras should appear in a grid. All my Nest cams appear that way on my phone when I tilt it to landscape mode.

I use a fire tablet 10 and grid view my nest cameras using the Google home app. Four will show on the screen at once. Google home app sucks compared to the nest app but good enough to monitor the cameras
