You can use paypal and if you have the pay in 4 option you can break it up into 4 payments over 6 weeks

Due to the precise nature of tracking, I think these are the best in the market. If you need a tracker, just go with the best. Full disclosure: have not used them but I have read reviews. So just ordered these to try them out. Walmart has 90 day returns.

Don't bother going in-store, this offer is not honored and retail price is still $99. Also they are all locked in. Good luck finding someone to open the cabinet.
