This kind of kit has everything you need to do a lot of partially complete jobs, but you'll end up needing to order more of the specific ones you use.. I've ordered various consumables from ae and always found them identical to the cheap US brands.
Dremel makes better stuff but it's at a significant price increase.
And whether using cheap or expensive rotary tools, make sure to wear safety gear, especially glasses, remove anything that can get caught (including gloves), and try not to position yourself in the plane of rotation.
I've had this set for a while. Used it with the Ryobi rotary tool. So far it seems all right. Have only used it a few times, but should be able to easily get more than my money's worth. So far I've been impressed with the hyper tough brand. I have their stubby tool set that I paid a little over 6 bucks for on a slick deal, and I've used it a ton. And everything has held up beautifully...
