Price changed from $99 to $149.....
Please be very very careful. You might receive screen replaced phone, which is bad quality. I think some people received used good phone and some received screen replaced phone. You know you are taking your chance and return is such an hassle. Some people in the previous deal received brand new unactivated phone, but I think it is just rare case.

1st phone has white spot and sent to Apple. Apple denied the warranty due to 3rd party modification, and I think the screen is replaced. Still under warranty until 04/22, which is useless.

2nd phone, screen is cracked and screen is replaced too. Still under warranty until 03/22, which is useless too.

3rd phone, heavily used and out of warranty. Screen seems original. I can see bad scratch front and back.

Be very very careful and know you are taking your chance.
Incorrect.
1st month service required for activation.
2nd month service is not required for unlocking.
Phone will unlock after 60 Days.

I haven't received an order cancellation but I finally received an email from TW and it's a request to review my recent purchase of an iPhone 11. The purchase which hasn't even shipped and is never going to ship.
What do they meant by review your order?

So far, no cancellation email (I check junk) nor refund on Paypal. Status is "order processing". I'll just continue to wait.

Shouldn't we go on their Facebook page and expose them and say are you kidding me? This is ridiculous. The damn company is acting like a street pick pocket for Gods sake.

This is what I just posted all over their FB and IG

Why don't you incompetent people that work there address the huge batch of $99 orders for iPhone 11 that you didn't fulfill and didn't even offer refunds? How incredibly incompetent are you over there? BBB complaints and chargebacks are coming your way. I guarantee it. And it's a large mass of people that are complaining for very good reason. You raised the price to $149 and filled there orders. You should be ashamed of yourselves quite frankly.

I sent a complaint to BBB, posted on various social medias tagging Total Wireless, wrote to corporate email someone listed here, contacted customer service but was refused speaking with a manager, and filed a dispute on my CC.

We all need to show TW we will not allow this type of thing to happen. It's plain wrong. I even ordered a case for this phone from ebay which was only 5 dollars and I don't even feel like returning. A constant reminder in my home of how TW screwed me and many others over. I won't forget.

fark Total Wireless. Order still says Order Processing. Never canceled. But I have a $125 charge on my credit card. I'm sure they love holding my money.

I placed the order on 14th July under this deal. Got the out of stock email on 20th July.

Just called the number 1866-663-3633 to talk to TW Customer rep and explained the situation. They transferred me to refund department.

I talk to refund rep , and she created the refund request as 9825357035******

I hope it will help the community who are waiting for their refund.

Hope you got your refund soon. Not my experience though. I called many times requesting refund for a canceled order last year. It's strange that even reps at the 'refund' department couldn't process any refund, and needed to create a request (with reference number). Of course it was a lie because I received no refund. Called a week later and nothing could be done. Finally disputed the charge with my credit card company after a month.

Yep … calling and dealing with those idiots on something like this seems almost pointless for the most part. Based on the replies here, maybe one in 10 people will get a rep who even says they'll do anything and who knows if it'll actually go anywhere. I'd say it makes much more sense to save the frustration and just dispute it. Should be a fairly open and shut case and probably faster than anything TW would do.

You'd think all the bad press they're receiving on Social Media, Twitter, Facebook, IG, employees can't be idiots, I am sure some know of the existence of these forums and read these threads. Not to to mention the number of calls asking for refunds and inquiring about these $99 orders a light bulb must have gone off. But who knows I think their call center is somewhere in the Philippines or India (we've all heard the roosters) maybe HQ is oblivious?

Unless 100s of orders were done by Nigerian princes /jk But to the guy who said what's wrong with ordering 50 phones at once since there's no limit and it's not charity etc.
Well, not only is that behavior scummy, it sets off flags as people mentioned. Not saying this is what happened but let's say it was a price-error, huge orders can set off a flag with all orders which may have flown under the radar gets manually reviewed and put on hold.
As you know some luck is needed to score these deals that are price-error, flash sales, clearances, etc.

But having said that, it doesn't excuse the company for being scummy by raising the price, shipping the later orders, and holding our money hostage. Basically all the company had to do was cancel all the multiple orders and ship the orders of 1 or 2.

I was on twitter and sent them my complaint on the issue, someone else with the same situation said he chatted with them and was told orders will ship in 3-5 days. Don't want to get anyone's hopes up, but I'll believe it when I see a shipped e-mail!

I don't care if they cancelled my order, but what pisses me off is they fully charged my account without delivering the product and claim no charges were ever made, leaving us to chase our money back
