Once you unlock this hotspot from ebay codes (Thx nimpravi):
connect to device's wifi, go to HTTP://mobile.hotspot and then from that dashboard:
network settings -> APN -> Add a new APN suitable for your network (you can get APN settings from Google). Once you save the APN settings, make it default APN. Now, the service will disconnect and you need to click on 'Home" in the dashboard and there will be option to "Connect" and click on that.

It dint work with any of my tmobile voice line. I have tmobile one with 10gb free hotspot and doesnt work.

Did you configure the APN on hotspot settings. If you pop in different sims, this APN settings would wiped out and not recognize network. Try Google for T-Mobile APN settings and configure your hotspot per instruction. Hope this help
