Makita makes nice tools. Ridgid makes nice tools. The 12v makita is a pretty limited line, so if you ever want to get other tools you'd likely be looking at a different battery eco-system.
The ridgid 18v line has a boatload of different tools that all can run on the batteries that come with that kit. 2ah batts are pretty small, but it opens the door to a lot of future options .
Personally I've always wanted a 12v drill set because of the small size and convenience and would work for 90% of the jobs around the house, but have had a hard time justifying redundant tools or different brand batteries.
Disclosure: I am deep into the ridgid 18v eco-system so maybe some confirmation bias. I do have Makita corded tools for their quality.

Back in 2018, I got the brushless impact/drill/bag set for $130 after a Home Depot battery pack "hack".
This deal being $150 for 3 tools plus batteries is a great deal IMO. Plus the Lifetime service agreement on everything

I didn't look up the power or weight specs.
Weight and size might be a wash. Ridgid is subcompact and Makita is 12v.
