No, not as you said. When you say 600-700 watts per day, that means nothing. Now, if you meant that it AVERAGES 600-700W over a 24 hour period, which would be approximately 15.6kWh, that means something definitive.

I know you're trying to be smart but your conventional Gas Generator isn't a generator either. It only converts stored fossil fuel to usable electric power.

How are you using your unit that would only have this power station last only 3 years. It has 800 charge/discharge cycles before capacity is reduce to 80%. Even at 80% would still have some usefulness. That's if you fully charge and discharge it every day. I expect the Delta Mini I got during Prime Day to last at least 5+ years at which point LiFePO4 should improve in price and weight and I could upgrade. I agree with others that I've been impressed with EcoFlow build quality and performance so far.
I wonder how many buyung these power stations are using them every day to get their moneys worth? Are you using one every day? I bought one to use for road trips to power our 12v fridge and to charge personal devices , for car camping, and rolling blackouts here in California. What comparable LiFePO4 power station on the market can one get for the same price? I'd like to get one of those too.
Remember, these can act as UPS and some people buy socket timers so it charges during off peak and uses the battery during high peak. It means you can use it everyday. There are many other creative ways so you can use it more often not just camping.
You will still need solar charge controller, a DC to USB to charge your USB devices. Add another for AC charge controller if you want to charge it using the grid. Then you'll end up paying $200. Not to mention, Deep cycle batteries are heavy and can only be used 50% of their capacity to preserve longevity otherwise, you'll end up sulfating it.

We have a Samsung Bespoke freezer. If we want to power it for 1 day with any power outage, is the River + Battery enough?
The 1440wh version might be enough. You can use a kill-a-watt to measure how much electricity your freezer uses a day.
Another factor is the starting power requirement. Freezers draw a higher surge power when the compressor kicks in. You want to make sure the power station can handle it.

Get a LiFePO4, not worth spending several hundred bucks on something that lasts maybe 3 years.
The cycle performance is more of an issue for the smaller power stations than the larger ones, as you are more likely to rack of cycles on smaller batteries than larger ones. Also, for a larger power station to be made with lithium phosphate would have serious impacts on mobility due to weight. Making the claim this larger power station will only last 3 yrs bc of the battery isn't accurate, way more likely to fail due to BMS or inverter.
and if you are fully discharging and charging this thing daily, day in day out, week after week etc...I don't think this would even be a good solution for you as there are better solutions to that type of usage scenario
Agree. Should get a gas generator. You can run it till the gas tank empty and refill it to full. Much more practical.

If I need longer, I run my generator for the 2 hours it needs to FULLY charge the batteries giving me another day of usage. These require no maintenance, no oil changes, and are near silent. This allows me to conserve my fuel and instead of burning all my fuel in one day, I can now stretch out a 20lb propane tank to almost 2 weeks if need be.

My 7 cu ft Danby upright freezer, that sits outside under my porch, uses about 600 to 700 watts per day. So the river can keep it running for almost a full day.
