They are pretty bland if you just add water. These do taste pretty good if you follow the alternate instructions to add egg, etc. Add some vanilla too.
Also, these don't spike my blood sugar beyond the expected net carb amount (per cgm). In other words, unlike many supposedly keto friendly products, these actually are keto friendly.
Also anyone tried these and did a blood 1hr/2-hr glucose test? I'm curious because the mission "carb balance" low-carb tortillas caused massive BG spike in me, so I've learned my lesson.
Also this is "dirty keto" as it has sunflower oil... not being a keto police here so no judgement, just wanted to point it out to those who didn't get the chance to read the ingredients.

bought another. They are this price fairly frequent. Very tasty for a keto pancake, best I've tried out of many. I mix mine with cinnamon, berries, nuts. Also, I never let it sit for 5 minutes and they always come out fine

1 serving = 2 pancakes
4g Net Carbs = 15g Total Carbs - 7g Fiber - 4g Erythritol
So, 1 small 3.5 inch pancake is 2 carbs and 2 pancakes is 4 carbs.
I've noticed erythritol being included in Carbs, then subtracted out for net carbs.

Also with my experience in pancake protein mixes ive found adding any type of extract to make them taste amazing.
EDIT: bought 4, the macros are too good to pass up
