BINGO! This right here. Rtings.com is so helpful. I used that and Consumer Reports. Researched for hours and hours for a set for my wife and I. On Prime Day I got the 3 below, one from Target since Amazon didn't have this newest model.

#2 and #3 are virtually the same, but #3 contains USB-C for charging port on case and Bluetooth 5.2. Case has a more textured feel, no reset/pairing button in the middle, and mic cutouts are shaped a bit different.

1) $90 (was $170) - Soundcore by Anker Liberty 3 Pro: https://a.co/d/c3ism67
2) $60 (was $80) - Soundcore by Anker Life P3: https://a.co/d/diVXv9V
3) $50 (was $100) - Soundcore by Anker Life Note 3 XR: https://www.target.com/p/soundcor...dgroup=8-7

I've decided to keep #3 and my wife #2. #1 is great and the auto-off feature when not using is nice. I would say if you want to immerse yourself in music and that's primarily what you'd use ear buds for, then they are best. The LDAC technology is amazing. And I think they would be better for runners and active sports because of the way they fit in your ear they would stay in better compared to the post style.

But great all around ear buds would be between 2 and 3. Both scored very high in Rtings for minimal leakage, great ANC, and solid battery life 5.7 hrs with ANC and 7 hrs without. #2 is actually on sale for $70 now from Target, which is good deal.

Biggest thing to look for with any ear buds is the battery life on a single charge, especially with the ANC feature, which eats up a lot. Most market high hrs but never live up to claim, which is where Rtings.com comes in.
Rtings gave them high marks for fit / staying in during exercise.

If you are doing *intense* exercise, like boxing, look for another set with fins etc.

I'm a big fan of Anker headphones. They have a persistent, graphic EQ in their app and very good noise cancelling. This model has a neat sound profile to adjust based on your personal hearing of frequencies.

It's $80 on Amazon so the price is right but some mixed reviews. Ratings.com only have them 3.5hrs of battery life. But still could be hard to beat for only $50.

A steal for $50.
I haven't used mine for 3.5hrs straight so with the charging case it lasts a couple of day with a few hours throughout each day.

I guess a new model is coming out...

All colors are $80 on Amazon. I know $30 more but much better than what Best Buy is charging.

I have two of these and love them. One for work, one for home. I get about 4 hours at a shot and can use one earbud at a time. Debating on getting another set.

These have great sound, but no MULTIPOINT connection - I returned them.
Microphones are awesome for phone quality.

Think these would stain in ears when being relatively active? Like hiking?

Their Q35s are currently my favorite pair of headphones! They make good products at an affordable price.
