- You must be a new Fi customer. A new Fi customer is someone who has never had Fi service or someone whose last day of Fi service took place more than 180 days before making a purchase with this promotion.
- To qualify for the full $500 discount, you need to:
- Activate the phone on a new full service plan (data-only SIMs do not qualify) within 30 days of the shipment confirmation email and keep the qualifying phone active on Google Fi for 120 consecutive days.
- You must activate on the same Fi account used to purchase the phone or be a new member of the purchaser's group plan.
You must also bring/transfer your number to Fi within 30 days of the shipment confirmation email. Fi-to-Fi number transfers are not eligible. - The discounted price will automatically apply during checkout. If you do not meet the conditions above, $500 will be charged to your Google Pay account.

Leave the GFi sim in and use your regular service via the eSim as the primary since it comes unlocked. The Google Fi app shows the countdown timer to 120 days and them you port your number back to Google voice.
No need to make it unnecessarily complicated.
More realistic is somewhere between $23- $26 which end up to $92 - $104

S22 has battery life issues.
S22 Ultra is too think and big. Unless you need the note pencil feature or the Super Zoom cameras it's not worth it.

There's a form on www.reddit.com/r/GoogleFi/ that they just created a few days ago. You can use that to escalate support issues when the normal channels are not helpful. Hopefully they can help you get the issue fixed!

As most people know, when you have issues with Fi it can be REALLY hard to get help from anyone. If you do a chargeback on a Google account, I had heard that Google would disable your entire account, so I used a secondary Google account for this just to prepare for a worst-case scenario. But everything has gone pretty well for me. I was afraid to try any of the "throw your SIM in a drawer" tricks so I just played by the rules this time. Really miss having the option to switch to Sprint around here, but being able to switch to US Cellular came in handy a few weeks back during a trip to the midwest.
I don't think there is a real good choice in phone market besides iphone and Pixel.....
