not OP but I've bought this stuff a bunch of times. Folgers... I wouldn't even bother with. I'm a pretty hardcore coffee snob but this stuff is fine, I made espresso with it this morning. Yeah, Gran Crema is better but for that price I'd rather just buy from a local roaster. This stuff is my go to 'value' grade. The most recent bag I bought was actually fairly fresh (roast date ~1 month prior) so I'm hopeful amazon got their inventory issues sorted out.
I actually usually roast my own beans, but when this is on deals like this, I snap some up because it's actually cheaper than I can get green (unroasted) beans for.

Coupon was one-time use for me this time. Sometimes it's available to use on multiple S&S orders to help get to the 5, but no luck for me. Good price though. Always appreciate a S&S filler.

So, as far as S&S goes, the price will go up on the product and you are not notified. Is anyone else experiencing this?

The first order price is guaranteed. So if you do S&S today it will give you a price for your first order (write it down if you want to make sure -- check it when the order is actually fulfilled). This has always been honored for me. The price for each future fulfillment afterwards will fluctuate. There's an item that I normally order that's 12'ish and sometimes it's 15'ish due to the changes in price... it sometimes goes back down but is rarely ever consistent.

I'm not sure how they determine the new price because sometimes with S&S items i will see it as a pending order 10+ days before it's due to arrive and it has a price -- is it locked in at that time? Not sure.

always. i s&s monthly, and my routine is to accumulate >5 items each month
then delete all but any one item once the previous month's shipment shows up.
for some reason if you delete them all, it's a PITA to get S&S working again.
once i get 1 of 5 new items saved for the new month, i delete that hold over item.
i've been doing this rotation every month for years, and i'm not even on prime.

Decent for espresso, but far from a good light roast in flavor.
