I try to buy "made in the USA" whenever possible. In mechanical and machine tools, though, Taiwanese manufacturers often have both better quality and lower prices Frown
Back when I was younger and working on cars all the time I would have jumped on this deal without a second through. But now I just can't justify it. Thumbs up for a good deal on a decent quality set for anyone that does need it.

you find Sanp-on (blue point) on ebay for same price if you have the patience. MADE in the USA
Blue Point ratcheting wrenches are made in Taiwan.

To each their own. Harbor freight tools are good enough for 80% of the people that need a tool, and they offer many levels of quality, at great prices. Not only that, but they actually have product on hand more often then not. Just do your research and buy accordingly.

Some do, some don't! Never seen an Icon tool that sucks....or a Milwaukee tool that sucks for that matter. Some are better than others.

In this case, one subtracts the 3 largest sizes in the Milwaukee -- let's face it....how often do most end users need a 20 to 22mm wrench?!?! -- and is still $50 cheaper.

HF rachets have 72 teeth for a 5° arc swing while Milwaukee's 144 teeth give a 2.5° swing arc, a big difference if you are working in a tight area.
