Because of the amount of time it takes for us to play 2 player, I got my wife the digital version on Steam so she can get her fix without waiting for the rare time I'm willing to commit to its run time. I have an enormous queue of new games to play I want to fill that time with.
Anyway, this is as good a price as I've seen for a great game. If you've never heard of it then you're probably not all that in to hobby board games as it's been rated in the top 5 board games on board game geek pretty much since it was released.

Lol love the "if you've not heard of it you're probably not that into board games" comment. But yeah this one is my fav and I'm always trying to convince family/friends to sit down for it. It goes quicker with more players in a way because you reach the ending milestones in fewer rounds.

There's Terraforming Mars: Ares Expedition.
I didn't realize the whole Terraforming Mars game was popular but found the Ares Expedition game on clearance at Target a few weeks ago for $11.97.
It's a standalone game and is like a quicker version of Terraforming Mars per the reviews I've watched. I haven't played it yet but it looks really cool.
Here's a quick video review of it that I found helpful.

Our favorite game too, but you got to have a time block of 3 to 4 hours to play it well.
Ticket to ride and Catan all went to the back burner unless we only have an hour or two.
Great game design. Well balanced. Takes 3 to 4 times to learn it to an entry level.
If you got a 3D printer, there are some nice files out there you can print parts for, and paint them. Makes the game so much more alive.
Off topic, but another game for those who like this, check out moonrakers.
My friends and I played mars to the ground and now we just play Moonrakers instead. Deck building, negotiations. Sounds silly, but super fun.
