Bought a used Z Flip 5G on eBay and waiting for it to come.
Did this promo exchanging a flip3 for an unlocked activate later s22+ 128gb a couple of weeks back but today trying to do it for activate now I ran into issues. Firstly, they couldn't see my name in the family account for Verizon. We have 7 members and he could only see 3. I am a account manager on the account but not the owner but don't think that matters since one of the users the sales person was seeing was a non registered user on the account. So I asked the guy helping me to give me the trade in $500 coupon and 300gc( I was trading in a Note 20 5g) and I was told the coupon is not given to the customer anymore and also the coupon can only be used towards an unlocked phone and not a carrier specific phone both of which I thought was bs. Can someone confirm my suspicion that the guy was bsing me and if someone had the same issue with Verizon where not all names on a family account was showing up when trying to activate a line. TIA
