Edit - I think we can all agree that Costco has a great return policy (but to be fair, so does Woot), but if you're interested in a review where the Max G30LP received the top recommendation, here's a recent NYT's Wirecutter review from Dec 2021:

I returned 1 laptop in 2007 (15 years ago) due to built-in SD card reader issues (it was dead) and 2 after that (also various issues out of the box). Upon 3rd return, it triggered a spiel from the store manager "if our laptops don't work for you, maybe you should consider buying elsewhere". It happened recently. Telling him that the first return happened during the Bush administration and it's unreasonable to not expect some returns over DECADES did nothing to him.
So, apparently returning 1 piece of electronics once in a 5-year period on average despite those pieces having issues is a no-no.
All 3 returns were within reasonable period of time from purchase date (~2 months).
Apart from those 3 computers I had no returns for any items whatsoever with them EVER.
Costco is not what it used to be. Maybe it was just my store being shitty, but I would say thread with caution.

1) Being on hold for hours and talking to poorly trained outsourced support
2) Having to ship an item to manufacturer (oftentimes at your own expense)
3) Waiting for weeks, if not longer, for them to receive it, fix it, and ship it back
4) Being without the computer while waiting for it to get back (for weeks or even months)
5) Risking it getting damaged during shipping, getting lost, manufacturer not finding the source of problem (if it's one of those nasty intermittent bugs)
A brand new computer should be fully functional out of the box. I shouldn't have to immediately deal with manufacturer's warranty.
If I still have to deal with the above frustration, Costco suddenly becomes less enticing because as far as their discounts go - I can find good or even better deals elsewhere. And I do.

Here are specs from the Segway website [segway.com].
There have been several good threads on the G30LP MAX scooter, easily searched on Slickdeals. One thing I found useful in an earlier thread was this video summarizing differences [youtube.com] between the older G30P MAX model (bigger, heavier, longer range, built-in charging brick) and this newer G30LP MAX model.
The older G30P MAX model is also available from Woot on this same deal.

Oh noooo, what will Costco do without you?
Does anyone still still sell the m365 or a newer model? Or did they stop making these for US market?
