It takes a lot more power and surface area to pressurize your living versus a car.
Those RSL Speedwoofers are an awesome value. That'd be my pick.
Based on what you said and having auditioned all three. I would suggest skipping the RSL's, other two will likely perform better in that size environment.
As far as the m-210 I would say a better comparison would be the 212.
A lot here but basically the 212 may be a better choice if you needed a smaller footprint, doesn't sound like you have that issue though(this has a big one).
There are a vast many other things to consider, thee biggest are preference in sound and expectations of it.
Excluding that this is a good price for this sub.
I would add IMO all subs in this price range are all good.
As far as the m-210 I would say a better comparison would be the 212.

Thanks for the response. I'm not really considering the 16" due to my budget.. Also, the m212 is coming out to $1500 vs $850 for the m210.

Thanks. Actually, I wasn't super clear in my comment. I can't consider the monolith 16" based on my budget. Using the discount, the m210 is coming out to $850 before taxes. Against the RSLs should I consider this as a better option, or any other $1000 subwoofer I should be looking at instead of these two..

If you can wait just continue to save, these subs go on sale regularly.
You can go with either the 15" or 16" once you saved enough and just get one on the next sale.
Not sure what drew you to this sub but if you are comfortable building you can go the DIY route.
Many of those easily compete if not beat this sub IMO and would be in your current budget.
