Thanks, but I'm gonna pass. Key characters are not back lit, just lit from around the keys so you can't tell what it is unless by memory. Other issues, read the reviews.

I have this keyboard and it's pretty good, but you need the hand rest if sitting at an average height desk. The deal recently with this keyboard + free hand rest was great for the same price. I actually got that deal just for the free hand rest. The keyboard & hand rest are higher quality than I expected for $15.

I got one of these a few months ago and have this issue where random keys would stop working for an extended time (sometimes days, or weeks). First it was the windows key, it was unresponsive for weeks -- I use this keyboard with my laptop whose windows key was working fine, so I figured it's some setting with the evga.
Then one day it started working fine, but about a week later two keys (left alt and letter G) stopped working; again those were fine on my laptop. I tried disconnecting, restarting, but no luck. Finally two days later of those being dead I was about to open a support ticket and they were working again.
Note I don't use this keyboard daily so it's almost always disconnected, and I read about the sleep issue with it plugged in but I've always removed it (or logged in/restarted) a few times between uses but those same keys would be unresponsive.

check your evga app, it has some weird game settings and custom key combinations that cause key deactivation. I thought my keyboard was broke until I dove into the app and realized I must have accidentally triggered one of those modes.

Thanks for the tip. I haven't installed the app, but will get it and see.
