TRIO has full 65 watt PD output for laptops on the top port when using only that port. The ports are labeled 65 watt , 25 watt and 15 watt for the USB A. Port sharing is well managed. Does not disconnect and renegotiate each time a device is plugged or unplugged.
Tests with S23 Ultra show 35-39 watts Super Fast Charging 2.0. Will SFC two phones at about a ~25 watt rate. Built with two channels so overloading one port won't cause the other to shut down.

No reason to include chargers with most phones, especially if they are <65 watt PPS based devices. Maybe a good balance would be to offer a bundle to buy a OEM charge when you buy a new phone. This way both sides could be happy.
The problem is if you include a charger/cable with every phone those who have tons will pay extra for something they won't use. If you remove it some will be upset they have to spend money after the fact, even those they paid less for the phone.
