If you have changed phones, and the 4-digit number doesn't match IMEI or SIM, consider this approach [reddit.com] to find your account number.
3. ZIP Code. The ZIP code you used to setup your account or line. It could also be the ZIP where TF headquarter is located (33178). You can login to your account to check (Manage Lines, Select Line, then click Device. The Details will display Zip Code.)
4. Port-Out PIN. Text NTP to 611611 to get the PIN (it's not your account PIN.)

If you don't have a Tracfone account, activate this phone, create an account, and join the rewards program with a top-tier referral code, you'll get 8,000 points. If you buy 2 phones, the second one can be added to get 10,000 add-line bonus points in August (regularly 7,000).
My older child has an existing TracFone line, I thought I would use this one year allotment for my younger child, so you think it's best to activate this TCL phone on the same tracfone account as the first line is on - is that the best bang for the buck?
How long do I have to wait for the points to credit before I can use this 1yr balance in a different unlocked phone?
Basically I just want the one-year service on a separate unlocked phone, but I don't want to lose out on the perks so I'm willing to wait a couple of months if that's what it takes for the 10,000 points to credit, of course if I don't have to wait and can just transfer the balance to a new BYOD Sim in my younger child's phone and STILL get all the points then that would be optimal, what do you recommend?

After activation, wait 60 days to unlock the phone and 61 days for the points to vest. After that, you can request to combine the remaining service to your main line (see 1st post). You can also redeem points to extend service or add data to the main line.
I believe that's what I've done in the past, my existing TracFone SIM is on TracFone AT&T which I like because I can swap that Sim out from any phone to any phone without having to "register" the newer phone with TF like you have to do with the TF Verizon Sims.
Also, in the past the one year would stack on top of my existing line's TracFone expiration date, is this still the case? I know there are likely a few changes since Verizon took over but I'm pretty sure the full expiration date stacking still exists?

Can you copy and paste all of that good info as a reply to this comment, maybe it's just not showing up on my mobile app?

Question: why do we have to use chat if we are adding this TCL phone as a second line on an existing tracfone account I thought you can just do it right in the website? Thereby not risking dealing with an uninformed chat representative.
