I own HF pry bars and several Sunex socket sets. They are of excellent quality in my opinion. I have not had problems with either, and work great.

While the HF work, I wouldn't say they are excellent quality. They bend and flex like crazy compared to my basic craftsmans set.

I was working on a project last year with two other guys. I had my Mayhew set, one had Snap-Ons, and the other had Harbor Freight.

The difference between the Mayhew and Snap-On was unnoticeable, but that HF stuff in comparison, holy crap did they flex. I guess they got the job done without breaking, but were far from confidence inspiring.
