1. Right now you have the same company making the hardware, the software, and the CPU. That's huge. Everything just works, far fewer crashes, no weird Windows driver nonsense. The OS tends to get less confused.
2. The Mac experience is just faster. Not in benchmarks (those are great too), but the responsiveness of the OS. Lots of things that are 2 steps/clicks in Windows are a single click in on a Mac
3. Build quality and aesthetics tend to be better. I have a $2.5k+ Windows machine and while there's nothing wrong it, the trackpad, keys etc. are more intuitive on a $849 (on sale) M1 MacBook Air. The parts you touch/interact with (Keyboard, trackpad, screen) are generally stellar.
4. Resale. i started using Macs about 8 years ago, i've been using Windows my whole life. I can buy a Mac deal of SD, use it for 2 years, throw it on facebook marketplace, craigslist, etc. and someone will buy it and usually for only a few hundred less than what I paid. Take the cash and buy the new model. Try selling a used Dell or Lenovo, you aren't going to get many takers.
5. Travel/portability. They're just easier to travel with, this comes down to aesthetics, but generally they don't have weird bulges, non-standard dongles, plasticky external parts that can break etc.
You aren't going to be able to justify it, and honestly, even at the $1599 BB deal for this laptop, it's still pricey. Wait for a solid deal on M1/M2 Air or Pro, like sub $1k ($800-850 for m1 Air) and give it a go, if you hate it, return it.

I'm not doing that lol, I have one already, but just a thought.
