Was able to cancel the shop towels so for just the oil it was $18.24 each.
$36.48 - $25.00 = $11.48 + tax for 10 quarts

This great rebate deal has been around for a few months. When it first came out, I called Pennzoil to confirm this. The answer was that yes, it is OK to submit 4x 5qt purchases on the same form, but ONLY if they were all bought on the same receipt.

I had already hedged my bets, buying 2x5 qts in 2 separate purchases in-store at Home Depot, so she said I should submit two rebates on two different forms. I did that and got paid very promptly, within about 4 weeks, received by email, and within minutes had redeemed it as Amazon GCs, and loaded them to my Amazon account.

Since Walmart ships the towels separately from the oil, it's probably saving them money.

I cancelled my Grainger deal and went with this. I also cancelled the towels which lowered the price even more. Great deal especially with high oil prices.

Ah smart. But I placed the order with some coolant I need and the towels are shipping with the coolant, so I'd have to cancel both.

I left this in my cart and forgot about it. I went to order something from Walmart today and saw that I hadn't emptied my cart. I tried one more time. It came up that there were 2 left in the store and I was able to purchase them. I've gotten my confirmation email and my notice that my order Is ready for pickup! Whoo hoo!

I tried to do the towel cancellation thing, it worked great the night I placed the order - confirming the cancellation of just the towels that night, but then the next day Walmart canceled the oil as well... Did this happen to anyone else?

My first order of 2- 5 quart jugs arrived today via FedEx. They were packaged very well, with each nestled in its own thick Ziplock bag and a special tape holding the cap on tightly. Most importantly, no leaks. These I ordered with the towels, which arrived separately on Tuesday. My second order of 10 quarts I cancelled the towels right after ordering and the oil has shipped to arrive Friday the 2nd (tomorrow). For some reason, they shipped my second order in 2 shipments, 1- 5 quart jug in each.
