Pixel 2-5 has unlimited reduced quality photo backup.
Any pixel after 5 will NOT have free photo backup - anything uploaded from such Pixel phones will occupy the 15GB shared space with Google Photo/Gmail/Google Drive.

Anyways, anyone who is planning to buy this phone please don't go by youtube reviews and blog posts. I am really not sure if these big youtubers get paid for positive reviews or what. Please look out for pixel 6a problems online.
Overheating , fingerprint sensor, battery drain, bluetooth connectivity with android auto...
Buy any other old Pixel phone. Pixel 3a, 4, 5 ... Skip 6 series.

5G signal sucks, switched to LTE. still randomly cuts out when streaming
fingerprint sensor doesn't work no matter what i do. i don't have screen protector....."Couldn't process fingerprint. Please try again". And I am on latest firmware.
surprisingly, no battery drain issues though
if i charge while using the phone though, it can get hot as hell
this is hands down, the absolutely worst piece of shit phone i've ever owned before
i will be contacting Google about an RMA b/c that's my only option at this point, my pixel 3a is theirs now. if they keep sending me pieces of shit, i will keep RMA'ing them while i just go and buy a whole different phone to use
Can I still take advantage of this T-mobile upgrade at Best Buy? Or would I lose out on my credits, and be forced the pay the remaining balance of $94?

I upgraded to 6a from 4 because of the battery and overheating, but the overheating is entirely the same.
Not a fan of fingerprint, but the back tapping is nice, especially you can change what it does. Disappointed that you can't squeeze the sides to access assistant tho
