Thing is I already have two dual port chargers from other deals. Most people already have the charger. If you don't have a dual Port charger I suppose it sweetens the deal slightly but in my opinion it's still not worth it.

The charger does not make this a good deal. Most of the Milwaukee multi chargers charge batteries one at a time instead of all at once. Better to have multiple chargers. You can by better generic multi chargers on Amazon for about $40.
